Warsaw Hub

One of the most technologically advanced buildings in Poland. The building management system we have developed is based on the Delta Controls controller and software.

Orange

The BMS was visualised using the Niagara Framework software. The information collected allows a rapid response in the event of irregularities. The system allows the environmental conditions in the building to be controlled, placing particular emphasis on the server room space and the battery room. As well as collecting indications from a number of installations, including genset, fuel, water, lighting, fire, air conditioning, it includes monitoring of electrical switchgear along with indications from network analysers.

The Crown - Kraków

A hotel located in the center of Krakow managed by a BMS system created by us.

The BMS system includes:

– Monitoring and control of facility air conditioning

Ball - Czech Republic

The BMS system was visualized using the Niagara Framework software.

Tarczyński Arena

The implemented project is based on Delta Controls and Beckhoff controllers. The entire BMS is controlled from the visualisation made in the ORCA environment provided by Delta Controls. 

It includes, among other things: control of passageways, information from the SSP, control of lighting inside office buildings, and turf/playground lighting.

Wrocław University of Technology - C19, C20

The main interface for the BMS operator is a desktop PC located in the security room. Tridium’s Niagara N4 visualisation system can be accessed from a browser that supports HTML5 (e.g. Chrome, FireFox, Opera, etc. in the most up-to-date versions available). The operator computer connects to the BMS (Niagara N4 visualisation server and indirectly the BECKHOFF supervisory controllers) via a dedicated facility LAN.

The BMS system includes:

– Monitoring of utility consumption
– Monitoring and control of facility air conditioning

Maersk

As part of our collaboration, we visualised the BMS system for the warehouse and office building. The whole project was carried out in EcoStruxure Building Operation software from Schneider Electric. The system allows the current status of the equipment to be viewed and controlled, and also stores historical data, which is then presented in the form of graphs and lists. The statements can be downloaded as a file with a csv or xls extension and used for further analysis.

The clarity of the visualisation is ensured not only by eye-pleasing animations of the operation of the equipment, but also by clearly labelled alarms, which have a positive effect on the rapid diagnosis of problems.

The BMS system was equipped with Beckhoff controllers and visualised using Niagara Framework software. 

It allows:
– Monitoring and control of air handling units
– Inspection of fans and ventilation systems in the hall
– Overview of fan coil units
– Monitoring of technical installations (boiler house, compressor station, hydrophore, gas monitoring)
– Monitoring of electrical installations (network analysers, meters, ATS, UPS)
– DALI lighting monitoring
– Monitoring of teletechnical installations (access control, burglary and assault alarm system, CCTV)
– Monitoring of the SSP

Data archiving 

WPT - Gamma

The completed automation system is capable of performing complex measurement, control, optimisation and monitoring functions in areas such as, inter alia, monitoring of media consumption, control of the heating system, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical installation, etc. The system has been equipped with control panels, controllers, PLCs, configurable controllers, a server and control and instrumentation components such as, among others, sensors, valves, actuators, pressure switches, thermostats, etc. Management of the technical installations, subsystems and all devices performing control and automatic control functions is carried out via an operator panel or web application.    

Due to the purpose of the rooms (Biological and Chemical laboratories), the investment required special requirements including the use of chemical-resistant equipment, control of both sub- and overpressure depending on the type of laboratories, as well as gas detection with a warning system. 

Opel - Gliwice

The visualisation was created with the help of software from Schneider Electric. Due to the complexity of the facility, it includes advanced alarm handling. A number of scripts have been developed to streamline the fault reporting process. Control is possible via the Ecostrucure Building Operation app and via any web browser.

Nokia

The project is based on Beckhoff controllers. The visualisation, on the other hand, was created with the help of Indusoft software. The project includes standard elements used in building automation such as control of air handling units. At the client’s request, we have introduced the transmission of alarm information via emails and sms messages

Joysonquin - Wałbrzych

The visualization is based on Delta Controls controllers. The software used to create it is the dedicated EnteliWEB from the same manufacturer.

The BMS system includes:

– Monitoring media consumption
– Monitoring and control of facility air conditioning
– Monitoring of electrical switchboards

The project is based on Beckhoff controllers. Visualization carried out in the manufacturer’s software for creating HMI and Scada applications – TwinCAT HMI.

Visualization based on the Niagara Framework software enables monitoring and control of ventilation, archiving media consumption and monitoring of the heat distribution center.

DSV  - Global Transport and Logistics

As part of the project for the DSV office-warehouse-logistics complex, we integrated an advanced building management system using EcoStruxure™ Building Operation software from Schneider Electric. This system includes full control over HVAC installations, lighting, blinds, ventilation, heating node, fire control center, central batteries and media monitoring.

Scope of implementation

Control of room conditions: Automatic and manual management of lighting, blinds and air conditioning in individual building zones, ensuring optimal user comfort and energy efficiency.

Ventilation: Integration with ventilation units, rooftop units and VAV units, enabling precise control of air flow and temperature in different parts of the facility.

Heating node and fire control centers: Management of the heating node and integration with the fire control center system, ensuring safety and energy efficiency of the building.

Central batteries: Monitoring the operation of central batteries, ensuring power supply stability.

Media consumption monitoring: Systematic tracking of electricity and water consumption, enabling identification of areas for energy efficiency improvement and quick information in the event of a leak.

Automatic protection of power overrun: Implementation of mechanisms preventing exceeding the permissible power, which allows avoiding penalties for excessive energy consumption.

Visualization and reporting

The entire system has been mapped in an intuitive visualization, allowing operators to quickly diagnose the condition of devices and respond to possible irregularities. Thanks to integration with EcoStruxure™ Building Operation, users have access to detailed reports that can be exported to CSV or XLS files, supporting further analysis and optimization of the facility’s operation.

Thanks to the use of modern technologies and integration of various systems, the DSV project ensures not only user comfort, but also energy efficiency and safety of the facility.
